Amanda specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and relaxation techniques. She has also completed the McMaster contemporary medical acupuncture program in 2022. In her free time Amanda enjoys playing and going on nature walks with her twin daughters, doing yoga, spending time with family and reading.
